I can’t connect to the internet with my eSIM (iOS)

Please make sure to check the required settings for your eSIM.

If turning on the data roaming is required you should turn it on before you proceed. This information can be found at the bottom of your Direct/QR Code/Manual eSIM installation page. My eSIMs > Details > Install eSIM > scroll to the bottom of Direct/QR Code/Manual eSIM installation page.

To turn on data roaming:

1. Go to Settings on your device

2. Go to Cellular/Mobile

3. Make sure Roaming is ON.

The same applies to the APN settings.

Please check the bottom of your Direct/QR Code/Manual eSIM installation page. My eSIMs > Details > Install eSIM > scroll to the bottom of Direct/QR Code/Manual eSIM installation page to see if APN settings are available. In case

In the event that your eSIM’s APN settings are available, you will need to update your Access Point Name (APN) settings to access data by following the steps below:

1. Go to Settings on your device

2. Go to Cellular/Mobile Data

3. Select your eSIM under Cellular/Mobile Data Plans

4. Go to Cellular/Mobile Data Network

5. Type the new APN settings in the Cellular/Mobile Data APN field as written in the eSIM installation details  (all lower case, all one word)

6. Leave the other fields blank

Please also make sure that you are connected to the supported network(s) by check your network selection settings.
