Prima dell'installazione, assicurati che il tuo dispositivo:

- Non sia vincolato all'operatore
- Ha una connessione internet stabile (preferibilmente Wi-Fi)
Come prepararsi prima di installare una eSIM?
- Accedi al tuo account Airalo
- Vai su Le mie eSIM
- Seleziona l'eSIM che desideri installare
- Select Install or share
- Select Start installation
You can also select View details for your eSIM to access the installation instructions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Come installare un'eSIM direttamente su iOS
- Select Start installation > Continue until the activation starts — allow the eSIM to activate, if asked.
- Attendi che l'eSIM si attivi (non interrompere il processo, potrebbe richiedere alcuni minuti).
- Select Done, when prompted — next, you’ll set up your eSIM.
*Se la tua eSIM supporta chiamate e SMS oltre ai dati, puoi selezionarla per chiamate e SMS.
Dopo aver completato questi passaggi, vedrai una conferma che l'eSIM è stata installata correttamente.
Come connettersi a una rete
- Vai a Impostazioni > Cellulare e seleziona la tua nuova eSIM.
- Abilita Attiva questa linea.
- Vai a Impostazioni > Cellulare > Dati cellulare > e seleziona la tua nuova eSIM, se non è già selezionata.
- Disattiva Consenti cambio dati cellulare.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Vai a Impostazioni > Cellulare e seleziona la tua nuova eSIM.
- Seleziona Selezione rete e disattiva Automatica.
- Seleziona la rete dell'eSIM (vedi "Rete"): potrebbe volerci qualche istante prima che venga visualizzata.
- Vai a Impostazioni > Cellulare > e seleziona la tua nuova eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Attiva e disattiva la Modalità aereo.
