How to check if your Pixel supports eSIM
Not all Google Pixel models are eSIM-compatible, so it's a good idea to check that your device supports eSIMs before getting started. Please follow the steps in this article to check if your Pixel device supports eSIM.
Once you have confirmed that your Google Pixel device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked, you can follow these steps to set up an eSIM.
How to prepare before installing an eSIM

Log in to your Airalo account

Go to My eSIMs

Select the eSIM you want to install

Open the installation instructions. Depending on your app version, you may see:

View Installation Instructions, or
-
How to use your eSIM > How to install the eSIM

Choose your preferred installation method: Direct, QR Code, or Manual
For connection settings, open the same eSIM and look under How to use your eSIM > How to connect (or View Installation Instructions > Part 2/2).
How to install an eSIM directly on a Pixel device

In the Airalo app, tap Direct > Install eSIM

Select Yes to confirm

Wait for the eSIM to be installed

Open Settings > Network & Internet

Select your new eSIM
-
Turn ON the toggles for Mobile Data and Roaming
How to install an eSIM via QR code on a Pixel device

Open Settings > Network & Internet
-
Select the + icon next to SIMs
-
Select Download a SIM instead?

Select Next, then scan the QR code from your Airalo app

Tap Download to install the eSIM
-
Open Settings again
-
Turn ON the toggles for Active, Mobile Data, and Roaming
How to install an eSIM manually on a Pixel device

Open Settings > Network & Internet

Select the + icon next to SIMs
-
Select Download a SIM instead?

Select Next, then tap Need help?

Select Enter it manually
-
Paste or type in the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code (and Confirmation Code if available) from your Airalo app

Select Continue to install the eSIM

Open Settings again
-
Turn ON the toggles for Active, Mobile Data, and Roaming
What happens after installation
Your eSIM should now appear under Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs and automatically connect to a supported mobile network.
