If you're experiencing issues with your eSIM on an iPad, follow these troubleshooting steps.
Check your internet connection
Ensure your internet connection is stable. Note that Wi-Fi at airports can sometimes be unreliable.
Turn off Limit IP Address Tracking
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the blue "i" next to your connected network, and make sure Limit IP Address Tracking is toggled off.
Toggle cellular data on and off
Since iPads do not have an option to turn the eSIM on and off, use the Cellular/Mobile Data setting instead. Turn Cellular/Mobile Data OFF and then back ON.
Try this up to 3 times, waiting a few minutes each time to allow the eSIM to detect and connect to the local network.
If the issue persists after 30 minutes, please reach out to the Support team — be sure to include the eSIM’s ICCID, which allows us to troubleshoot more effectively.
